We understand life happens. However, as a small business cancellations and no shows can really hurt us. If you cancel two days prior you will be required to pay 50% of the service. If you cancel one day prior you will be required to pay 75% of the service. If you cancel day of or no show you will be required to pay the full amount of your service. With little notice we are unable to fill your spot. You will not be rescheduled until the fee is paid. If you arrive late to your appointment we may not be able to move forward with your service. All products and services are non-refundable. Appointments for hair adjustments may be made within 5 days of service.
